Electronic Hardware Corporation Now ISO Certified in Design

FARMINGDALE, NY - March 4, 2013 - Electronic Hardware Corporation, Inc. (EHC), provider of stock and custom control knobs, and custom engineering components is pleased to announce it has expanded the scope of its ISO quality management system to include design in order to provide customers with enhanced design & product development support.
EHC's new design certification will "allow us to offer expanded capabilities and services to our existing customers" as well as "serve as an additional value added capability we can offer new customers who are looking to use EHC", said Steven Sgammato, President of EHC.
With over 50 years of manufacturing and engineering experience, offering design services was a natural extension for EHC. Over the last several years, EHC has expanded from a manufacturer of control knobs to a diversified contract manufacturer offering a full line of control knobs and industrial hardware, as well as custom manufacturing services for OEM customers.
With the ability to offer product design and development services, EHC "looks to partner with customers early in the design process", said Steven Sgammato, "by having our engineers work with our customers from the initial stages of product development, we can often help them streamline their process, saving them time and money".
